Erik is an accomplished manager and sales representative with 30 years of sales and marketing experience, including 23 years in the oil and gas industry selling new, surplus new, and surplus used field production and facility equipment (fixed and rotating) and custom fabrication services.
He has superior technical knowledge of all facility equipment, including operation, features, specifications, and components, and expertise in the inspection and appraisal of industry equipment. He is skilled in strategic sourcing and has vast knowledge of geographical areas of oil and gas production. Erik uses his expansive industry-wide network in the oil and gas field to obtain high quality equipment for any oilfield need, and for rebuilding, reconditioning and remanufacturing surplus and used oilfield equipment.
Erik has participated as a member of an Equipment Standardization Committee to provide advisory services on the selection of standardized equipment specifications for varied business units, consolidate purchases and specifications to reduce costs, improve business efficiency and build stability through material transfers, and uses this knowledge to provide unique and cost-effective solutions to clients.
Erik is happily married and a father of two active kids. He is a hockey Coach with Bow Valley Minor Hockey U11 and the 2011 Jr. Hitmen programs. He likes to keep active with fishing and golf.
